1.General Terms

1.1 Agreement: By accessing our website or visiting our salon, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or rules posted on our site.

1.2 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

2. Appointments

2.1 Booking: Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or through our website. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted.

2.2 Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you receive the full duration of your service.

2.3 Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full service fees will apply.

2.4 Cancellation and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

2.5 No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

3. Services

3.1 Service Guarantee: We strive to provide the highest quality of services. If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns.

3.2 Health and Safety: For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to your service.

4. Payments

4.1 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Current prices are available on our website and at the salon.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and online payments.

4.3 Refund Policy: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. For products, refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

5. Gift Cards and Packages

5.1 Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.

5.2 Packages: Prepaid service packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused services will not be refunded.

6. Personal Belongings

6.1 Valuables: Please keep your personal belongings and valuables secure. Headlocks Luxury Salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

7. Privacy

7.1 Data Protection: Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not share your information with third parties without your consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Conduct

8.1 Client Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

9. Liability

9.1 Service Liability: While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Headlocks Luxury Salon is not liable for any damage or injury caused during the provision of services.

9.2 Allergies and Reactions: Clients must inform the staff of any known allergies or skin sensitivities. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to treatments or products if such information is not disclosed.
